This is the latest 100m sprint record set by Jamaica’s Powell. He runs 9.74 seconds to better his previous 100M record.
The world’s fastest man set his new record on Sunday at the Rieti Grand Prix. He managed to finish in 9.74 seconds despite easing at the end, that is 0.03 seconds faster than his previous record at 9.77 seconds.
